Facebook Marketplace banned

Short answer. Facebook Marketplace banned means selling on Marketplace is blocked. The personal profile can still log in. Screenshot the Marketplace notice and request a review there. If the profile itself is disabled, appeal that login first.

Facebook Marketplace banned is a block on buying and selling in Marketplace. Your profile, your Page, and your ad account can each be fine or blocked on their own. Open Marketplace and read the sentence before you appeal the profile.

Screenshot the Marketplace notice: banned, restricted, or the policy line under it. Request a review from that screen. Say what you sell, in one line, and that you want this decision reviewed. If a listing is named, mention that listing. Submit once.

If you cannot log in at all, the profile comes first. Facebook account disabled is that notice. A Page that went unpublished is Facebook Page restricted. Ads that stopped are Facebook ad account disabled. A Page you need restored as the business is Recover banned business Page.

Send the name on the profile and the Marketplace screenshot. We file through Meta’s own official channels, open support chats, send follow-up emails, and push the case hard until it gets looked at. It takes a few days. Start a case on the contact page. How it works is the three steps. We never ask for your password.

Questions

Is a Marketplace ban the same as a disabled Facebook account?

No. Marketplace can block selling while you still use Facebook. A disable notice on the login is a different appeal.

Where do I request the review?

On the Marketplace screen that says you are banned or restricted. Screenshot it first. Use the review button on that page.

My buy-and-sell Page is unpublished too.

Send both screenshots. A Page restriction is its own review.

Do you need my Facebook password?

No. Send the name on the profile and the Marketplace screenshot.
