Short answer. To recover a banned business Page, screenshot the Page status and request a review as an admin. If your personal Facebook or the linked Instagram is also disabled, appeal those notices too. We never ask for the password.
Recover banned business Page starts with the asset that is actually banned. A Page, a personal profile, an Instagram shop, and an ad account each have their own status. Screenshot the one that names the Page.
An admin opens the Page or Meta Business Suite and requests the review on the restriction banner. Name the business, the date, and what stopped. Facebook Page restricted is the unpublished or restricted wording. If the personal profile says disabled, you cannot reach Page settings. Appeal that login with Facebook account disabled and tell us the Page name anyway.
A linked Instagram shop with its own disable notice is Instagram business account disabled. File that button too. Do not open a replacement Page to keep posting while this review is open.
