Privacy policy

What we collect
When you send a case, we collect what you type into the form or WhatsApp:
- Name, email, and WhatsApp number
- Platform, account username, and the type of issue
- Your message, and a screenshot if you attach one
- Later messages about the same case
The site itself doesn't run a tracker, and this draft doesn't set advertising cookies. Basic server logs from the host (like an IP address) may still exist. Check your host's docs and mention them here if they do.
Why we collect it
We use it to review the case, file the appeal if you hire us, and reply to you. We don't sell personal information. We don't use it to build an ad profile.
What not to send
Don't send your password, login codes, backup codes, or card numbers. We don't ask for them. If they show up in a message anyway, delete them from the thread as soon as you can, and tell us so we can delete our copy too.
Who else sees it
Placeholder. Update this list to match the tools you turn on:
- Form host, if you use Formspree or Netlify Forms, so the form can reach us
- WhatsApp, if you message us there
- Our email host
- The website host (Cloudflare, Netlify, Vercel, or whoever you pick)
We send Meta the appeal, not your password. We only include the details the filing needs. We don't give your file to random third parties.
How long we keep it
Placeholder: pick a retention period with your lawyer, such as deleting closed case files after a set number of months unless you still need them. Write the real period here.
Your requests
Email help@unbanpro.com if you want a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion. We may need to keep a record where the law says we have to.
